In order to incentivize the value of enduring relationships and commitments to one-another’s health, please ask about a shared membership fee discount for you and another patient who is also a close family member or friend. 

First-time enrollment requires 3-month term and prepayment. Membership renewal options thereafter may be monthly, every 3 months, every 6 months, or annually.

 Re-enrollment fee of $150 and space-availability limitations will apply to patients who wish to rejoin after un-enrollment.
